After analyzing Sybarite's work, we wanted to collaborate with them because, to tell you the truth, the shaving set had caught our eye! As usual, let's start with the delivery of the product.

So we exchanged on the phone with Thibaut, and the order was received 3 days after it was shipped, the perfect waiting time, according to the AtelierDesHommes editorial staff. The products are well packaged, with no problems to report.

First of all, the packaging produced, with a very neat and vintage style, shows that Le Sybarite has understood everything to please men.

Now, let's get down to business, a return to the good old-fashioned shaving of yesteryear, shall we? With this wooden set, you will be able to make your dreams come true without cutting yourself too much, regular training is to be expected. The advantage? A close shaved beard like at the barber's, which you will certainly not find on disposable razors in the supermarkets ...

The safety razor is notched to prevent hairs from getting stuck in the blade, which makes it much easier for hairs to evacuate and therefore guarantees a perfect and simple shave. But before using the blade, we advise you to put on a shaving cream and apply it with the badger brush (made of synthetic hair, out of respect for animals) supplied in the set!

Finally, let's talk about the subject that annoys me: the price... Indeed, the price can be a bit expensive, 128 €, instead of 175 €. Now, do a simple calculation. Your blades cost between 20 and 30 €. At the end of the year, it can cost more than the razor itself... While the 600 blades of a safety razor cost about 20 €.
